Cross training involves the whole body. Your cardio, strength, motor coordination and flexibility will all be put to the test. Whatever your level, come and surpass yourself by taking part in highly intense circuits.

The simultaneous combination of cardio and muscle-strengthening exercises promotes high energy expenditure. In short, you'll burn a lot of calories during your sessions and come out light but exhausted.
