BREATHING AND DEEP MUSCLES
The aim of the PILATES method is to strengthen the "powerhouse" muscles. These are the deep muscles responsible for posture, located between the ribs and the pelvis, all around the spine (abdominals, pelvic floor and back muscles).
Pilates helps to improve posture, balance muscles and loosen joints. Pilates is the ideal way to build muscle gently and deeply, and is accessible to all. The Pilates method is based on eight basic principles. These principles are integrated into every session: concentration, control, center of gravity, breathing, fluidity, precision, sequencing and isolation.
OUR FRAMEWORK
