ADAPTED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

If you're 60 or over, you'd like to take part in a suitable physical activity, youcoach supervises you. Our bodyzen sessions are a real hit with our seniors, as they are adapted to their level. Our coaches listen to you and give you special attention.

OUR SESSIONS

Through our sessions, you'll build strength, balance and proprioception. You'll also be offered exercises focusing on breathing and the use of deep muscles. We provide you with the appropriate equipment to help you progress smoothly.

Whatever your starting level, youcoach adapts to offer you quality sessions.

We organize sessions at home, outdoors, in gyms and in retirement homes.
