youcoach will guide you in transforming your figure. We'll take the time to progress together at your own pace. Wanting to progress too quickly is often synonymous with injury and demotivation. That's why our sessions are organized so that you can breathe easily and your joints are protected.

OUR STRATEGY YOUR SUCCESS

Initially, our sessions alternate brisk walking, slow running and cycling to reacclimatize and prepare your body. Once you've acquired basic endurance, we'll gradually increase the intensity of our sessions to develop your aerobic capacity and power, which is a real fat burner.

Then, in parallel with your cardio sessions, we'll suggest exercises to tone and firm your muscles.
