The objective of the PILATES method is to strengthen the muscles of the “powerhouse” – a term chosen by Joseph Pilates – which is translated center. These are the deep muscles responsible for the posture and located between the ribs and pelvis, all around the spine (abdominals, pelvic floor and back muscles).
Pilates helps improve posture, muscle balance and joint relaxation. Ideal to build soft and deep muscles, Pilates is accessible to all. The Pilates method is based on eight basic principles. These principles are integrated in each of your sessions: concentration, control, center of gravity, breathing, fluidity, precision, sequence and isolation.
Youcoach will suggest you to determine your goals from the first session. This session will assess your level, interact with your coach and establish a relationship of trust. Then, an adapted program will be proposed to you. Our team of professionals will pass on their knowledge, their passions and focus on your well-being.
We offer sessions outdoors, gym, at work or at home.
