Youcoach will offer sessions on the last dimension, the haltha-yoga whose objectives are:
- spiritual: disciplining the mind
- body: to maintain the body in an optimal state of health
You will discover breathing exercises (pranayama) and various postures (asanas). These postures often refer to names like the tree, the cobra, the lotus. They allow a direct action on your muscles, joints, organs and glands. Maintaining postures over a longer or shorter period will allow you to develop your concentration, your perseverance in a state of permanent meditation and slow breathing or not jerky.
